Return Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit or a different product. No refund in the form of Money to be solicited.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

Returned items must be returned in original packaging and shape

Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

Email at sireayurveda@gmail.com with subject ‘Return Request’

Make clear statement of products to be returned with reason for return

Wait for a telephonic confirmation and return procedure initialization by Sire

Additional Information:

The entire procedure may take about 30 Days starting from the date of email request received

Please double check the email sent and initiates a reminder in case telephonic call is not received within five days of first email
